摘要
目的探讨血管生成在结肠直肠癌中的意义及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测结肠直肠癌中VEGF、MMP-2的表达,以Ⅷ因子相关抗原作为血管内皮细胞标记物测定其微血管密度(MVD)。结果结肠直肠癌51例中,VEGF、MMP-2阳性表达率分别为64.7%和54.9%。MVD与Dukes分期及VEGF、MMP-2的表达相关(P<0.05)。结论血管生成在结肠直肠癌的进展中起促进作用。VEGF、MMP-2可能成为抗肿瘤血管生成治疗的理想靶点。
Objective To investigate the significance of tumor angiogenesis in colorectal carcinoma and its relationships with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2). Methods The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 was detected in colorectal carcinoma, by using S-P technique of immunohistochemical staining. The microvesset density (MVD)in colorectal carcinoma was determined by applying factor Ⅷ-related antigen as the vascular endothelial cells markers. Results The positive rate of VEGF and MMP-2 in 51 cases of colorectal carcinoma was 64. 7% and 54. 9% respectively. MVD was correlated with Dukes staging(P〈0. 05) and the expression of VEGF and MMP-2(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Angiogenesis may be involved in progression of colorectal carcinoma. VEGF and MMP-2 may serve as potential targets for therapy of antiangiogenesis.
