大学学术组织形态探究——兼谈云南大学学术组织之重构

A Study of the Forms of Academic Organizations at Universities: Also on the Reconstruction of the Academic Organizations at Yunnan University

大学的学术组织形态,对大学学术的生长与繁荣以及大学的生存与发展起着支撑性和建设性的作用。但从中国大学的现实状况来看,这一作用并未得到充分的发挥。究其原因,在于现实的大学学术组织存在着诸多弊端。消除大学学术组织现实形态中的种种弊端,建构起理想的学术组织形态,乃是我们在现实大学改革中的必然选择。

The forms of academic organizations at universities play a crucial role in the academic development and prosperity of the universities as well as their survival and development.However,the actual situation of Chinese universities has proved that this role is somewhat denied.The causes result from numerous defects in the existing academic organizations in Chinese universities.To eradicate such defects and construct ideal forms of academic organizations is a must in the reform of Chinese universities.
