摘要 镜反射红外光谱技术在宝石学领域应用广泛,不仅可以测出透射法测不出的指纹区光谱,而且在采用背衬镜反射技术后,还可以测出宝石中含量低、但对宝石鉴定极有意义的官能团的红外光谱。采用K-K变换技术,可以消除异常色散造成的镜反射光谱的畸变,得到与透射红外光谱一样的图谱。镜反射红外光谱技术具有样品无需特殊制备、仪器结构简单、价格便宜、操作简便、快捷等优点。镜反射红外光谱技术适用面广,不受测样表面性质和透明度所限,不失为一种较为理想的无损分析手段。 The mirror-reflection infrared spectrum technique has a broad application in gemmology. It can not only measure the fingerprint spectra of the gems which can't be measured by the infrared transmission technique, but also by using the back mirror-reflection it can measure the spectrum of function group which is very low in content in the gem mineral, which has the important significance for the identification. The distortion of mirror-reflection IR spectrum resulted from anomalous dispersion can be removed by the K-K transform technique and the same spectrum as the transmission IR spectrum can be obtained. The mirrorreflection IR spectrum technique has a lot of advantages including non-special prepared samples, simple instrument, low cost and easy operation, and it isn't limited by the surface nature and transparency of the samples. It is an ideal undestructive testing mothod with a wide application.
