摘要 采用物理检测、无损超声波探伤和高温持久性能试验,对某以天然气为原料、采用蒸汽转化生产合成气转化炉转化管的现状和剩余寿命进行了评估和预测,并根据评估结果对转化管的运行和维护提出了建议,为企业适时更换转化管提供了可靠的参考依据。 Using physical measurement, nondestructive ultrasonic test and high temperature permanent performance examination, the assessment and prediction was carried out for current conditions and remnant life on reforming tubes of a plant, which uses natural gas as raw materials and adopts steam reforming process to produce synthetic gas and hydrogen. The article raised proposals for operation and maintenance based on the examination results, and provided reliable consulting evidence for replacing the reforming tubes.
