摘要
为减少苯甲酸(BA)加氢过程中副产物CO对Pd/C催化剂的污染,提高主催化剂的加氢活性,延长催化剂寿命,在实验室进行了加助剂试验。试验结果表明,Ru/C助剂的活性组分可使CO和H2反应,生成甲烷等烃类,消除系统的CO。加入Ru/C助剂后循环Pd/C催化剂活性明显提高,使用寿命延长。加氢活性提高的程度与Ru/C助剂加入量为正相关。在生产装置进行了加助剂工业试验,取得较好的效果。
CO,which is a by-product in hydrogenation of BA, poisons catalyst and reduces its hydrogenation activity. As a promoter,Ru/C possesses hydrogenability of CO, to produces hydrocarbons such CH_4 etc.,eliminating CO in the reactor. A lot of experiment of applying Ru/C promoter was carried out in the laboratory. The testing result showed that catalytic activity and life of the catalyst is improved after applying Ru/C promoter to used Pd/C catlyst.Good effects have been obtainted in commercial application of the promoter,which showed that Ru/C is a prospect additive for hydrogenation of benzoic acid.
