摘要
采用Aspen工程软件对含有丙酮、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇和戊醇等杂质的甲醇水溶液的精馏过程进行模拟计算。计算表明,该精馏过程汽相符合理想气体定律和亨利定律,液相为非理想溶液,采用NRTL或UNIQUAC物性方法时,乙醇与甲醇在精馏塔中无法进行有效分离。而采用WILSON物性方法时的模拟计算结果能够满足工艺要求,精馏塔塔顶馏出液中甲醇含量高达99.99%。
The Aspen engineering software is applied on the simulation of the methanol aqueous solution rectification. The aqueous solution contains of aceton, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol, water, and methanol. It is investigated that the ideal gas law and the Henry law are suitable for the process. Ethanol can't be separated from methanol with the NRTL or UNIQUAC property method. The simulation results with the WILSON property method are consistent with design. The methanol mass fraction on the top of rectification tower is up to 99.99%.
