摘要
提出了用改进的二氧化碳中和法处理碱渣的工艺技术,介绍了该技术应用于碱渣处理装置的设计和运行情况。装置运行结果表明:碱渣经加热炉烟气处理后,产生的无机相pH值平均降低3.62,经进一步处理,可满足环保排放的要求;有机相作为副产品,可获得一定的经济效益。
A renovation technology in treating alkali waste with CO_2 of flue gas is put forward, and the result of design and the operation situation of alkali waste treatment unit applying the technology is introduced. After the neutralizing reaction of alkali waste and flue gas, it separated into inorganic phase and organic phase. The average pH valve of inorganic phase reduced 3.62. After further treatment, it reached environmental protection requirements. Organic phase as by-product can gain some economic benefits.
