青海混合原油综合评价 Ⅱ.裂化料和润滑油料的特性研究

Comprehensive Evaluation of Mixed Crude Oil ofQinghai--Ⅱ.Study on Properties of FCC andLube Stocks

研究了青海混合原油中裂化料和各润滑油料的特性。结果表明,青海混合原油中裂化料收率为31.50%,且芳碳率低,烷基碳率高达73.9%,属易裂化的很好的催化裂化原料。中性油原料收率为42.33%,其中润滑油潜含量均在90%左右,且残炭值及硫含量不高,颜色浅、酸值小,结构族组成中总环数与芳香环数较小;光亮油原料收率为16.38%,其凝点较高,粘度较小,结构族组成中的烷基碳率较高。因此,青海混合原油常压渣油是生产轻质燃料和优质润滑油的理想原料。

The properties of FCC and lube stocks obtained from the mixed crude oil of Qinghai were analyzed and evaluated respectively. The results indicated that the yield of fraction from 350℃- 500℃is 30. 50% , and it has the characteristics of low CA% and high CP% , so it is a good stock for FCC. The yield of neutral oil stocks (300℃-500℃) is 42. 33% , the latent content of lube is about 90% , and they have the characteristics of low residue carbon, low sulfur content, light - colored, low acid number and less total and aromatic ring numbers. The yield of bright stock is 16. 38% , and its characteristics are high solidifying point, low viscosity and high CP%. Generally speaking, the atmospheric heavy oil of Qinghai crude oil is a type of ideal stock for light fuel and high quality lubricating oil.
