摘要
开发出了一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚磷硫酸铝铁(PPAFS)的合成方法,采用FeSO4、Al2(SO4)3、H2SO4、NaClO3、Na3PO4为原料,研究了各种因素对该无机高分子絮凝剂絮凝行为的影响,确定了PPAFS的最佳合成条件为Fe2+∶A13+∶H2SO4∶PO43-∶ClO3-的摩尔比为1∶1∶0.2∶0.8∶0.2,NaClO3氧化时间为10~30min,聚合时间为10~30min。絮凝实验表明:PPAFS用于石油废水的处理,具有优异的絮凝性能。
Polyphosphate aluminum ferric sulfate (PPAFS)is presented as a kind of new inorganic macro-molecule flocculant. PPAFS is prepared with FeSO4 、 Al2 (SO4)3、H2SO4、NaClO3、Na3PO4. Considering various factor influencing the PPAFS performance, the optimum synthesis conditions are determined: the mole ratio of Fe2+/Al3+/H2SO4/PO43-/ClO3- is 1: 1:0. 2:0. 8:0. 2, the oxygenation time of NaClO3 is 10-30 min, and the polymerization time is 10-30 min. Flocculation experiment reveals that PPAFS is an excellent flocculant, which is suitable for treating waster water of petroleum production.
