摘要
作者针对张维迎先生《大学的逻辑》一书,提出了若干不同观点:根据当前高校的现实状况,应当首先改革高校管理体制而不是教师人事制度;要破除大学的“官本位”,当务之急不是提高教授的学术水准,而是应提高教授的地位和待遇水准;探索活动应该允许失败,“论功行赏”式不适合于评价高度创造性、探索性工作。高校时下盛行的考核实际上很难考核科研成果质量。
Concerning the book (《 Logic of A University 》, the author of this article puts forward several different views. According to the current situations, the university should reform its management system instead of the faculty' s personnel system at first. To abolish "decision making centering around officials", it is urgent to improve the professor' s income level, not the academic level. Failures are supposed to be accepted and permitted in research work, so awarding in mere accordance with contributions isn' t suitable to evaluate the creativity and exploration work. Nowadays, prevailing assessment in universities can hardly assess the quality of the scientific accomplishment actually.
