摘要
2004年是癸卯学制设立100周年纪念。本文拟通过回顾百年前的这段历史,提出“观念形成之后,制度决定一切”。文章最后联系北大教改,从制度角度提出四点看法。
For the commemoation of the 100th anniversary of GUIMAO educational system in 2004, the essay puts forward ＂system decides everything after the ideology is established＂, in retrospect of this period of history 100 years ago. It also brings forth four opinions from the point of view of education system concerning the educational reform in Beijing University.
