摘要
教育经费是高等教育数量增长与质量保障的一个基本前提条件。本文剖析我国高等教育大众化时代经费筹措面临的严峻挑战,并提出提高经费筹措能力的若干思路。
Funding is one of the preconditions of quantity increase and quality quarantee for higher education. This paper presents an analysis the challenges concerning funding in the times of mass higher education, and puts forward some reflective suggestions on the impmovement of the funding potentiality of lfigher education.
