摘要
生产设备的故障预测与安全管理近年在许多国家得到重视。针对现有设备管理系统的现状,研究了包括现有状态与趋势分析、故障模式与时间预测、可靠性与风险评估以及优化维护维修策略等功能的新型设备安全运行与维护维修智能管理系统,并提出了系统的基本结构。对当前预测与安全管理系统的研究工作具有一定的参考意义。
Based on the station of equipment management information systems, a new Intelligent Prognostics and Health- Management System (IPHMS ) for machinery safety and maintenance is discussed, and its main frame is presented. Some functions are contained in this system, such as, condition and tendency analysis, failure mode and time prediction, reliability and probabilistic risk assessment, and maintenance strategy optimization. It aims at providing reference opinions for research on present Prognostics and Health - Management ( PHM ) systems.
