摘要 通过对2001级、2002级两届护理本科生《护理学基础》网络教学,认为网络教学的特点有:学习环境为网络教室,学习模式以自主学习为主,学习过程体现个性化特征。针对这些特点教师的教学行为进行了变革,主要包括:教学内容的设计要以单元知识为核心进行组织,制作成课件,满足自主学习需要;教学资源设计要提供丰富的资源及检索的网络途径;教学策略的设计强调教师的引导性作用,变“教学”为“导学”;教学前准备行为主要是对学生计算机及课件运用进行培训;教学组织行为主要是引导、答疑和评价。利用网络资源进行教学改革的尝试刚刚起步,还需在实践中不断摸索提高。 Based on their experience in on-line teaching the Basis of Nursing to the undergraduates of grades 2001 and 2002, the authors summarize that on-line teaching is characterized by network classroom as learning environment, self study as learning mode and individualization in learning process. Pertinent to the characteristics, they carried out their teaching reforms, including creating CAI focusing on each unit of the textbook to meet their needs for self study, providing them with rich materials available for them on line, strengthening teacher's instruction in teaching strategy, intensively training them about how to use computer as well as those designed CAI before teaching, and intensifying instructions, problem-solving and evaluation during teaching. It is just a new start to use network sources to perform teaching on line, needing improvement.
