护理科研规范管理的成效

The effect of standardized management over nursing research

目的探索护理科研规范管理的成效。方法建立护理科研管理组织,建立健全护理科研管理制度,建立制度化的教育培训体系,建立有效的激励机制。结果 2002-2005年申报省级护理科研课题2项,完成市级科研课题12项,获湖北省科技进步三等奖1项,市科技进步三等奖3项。主编出版《临床护理诊断及措施》《X线摄影位置学》专著2部。2001-2004年每年发表的护理论文分别为9、25、96、108篇,并且在《中华护理杂志》《南方护理学报》等核心期刊上发表的论文,2001-2004年分别为3、 12、26、49篇。结论护理科研规范化管理,有效促进护理科研开展,提高护理科研水平和护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management over nursing research. Methods The methods include establishments of organizations for nursing research management, regulations and completion of nursing research managing system, formation of training system and establishment of effective system of actuation. Results They were successful in applying for 2 province-level nursing research subjects and have completed 12 municipality-level subjects between 2002 and 2005. As a result, they won one thirdclass prize of Hubei Provincial Scientific and Technological Advances Award and three third-class prizes of Municipal Scientific and Technological Advances Award. Besides, they have compiled as chief editor and published two works of Clinical Nursing Diagnosis and Measures, On Postures at X-ray Photography. The publications by them were escalating from 9, 25, 96 to 108 between 2001 and 2004. Moreover, the paper published by them on Chinese Journal of Nursing, Nanfang Journal of Nursing, etc, from 3, 12, 26 to 49 between 2001 and 2004. Conclusion The standardized management of nursing research can effectively promote the nursing research and enhance the level of nursing research and nursing quality.
