人羊膜治疗四肢慢性溃疡创面的疗效观察

The observation of effectiveness of amnia on four limbs chronic ulcer injured area

目的探讨人羊膜对四肢慢性溃疡创面的治疗效果。方法按患者入院顺序的单双号,200例四肢慢性溃疡患者随机分为羊膜组和对照组各100例,进行对比观察,羊膜组采用人羊膜贴敷创面治疗,对照组采用凡士林油纱覆盖创面治疗。结果羊膜组较对照组四肢慢性溃疡创面愈合时间短,治愈率明显提高,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0．01)。结论人羊膜贴敷对四肢慢性溃疡创面有较好的治疗效果,同时在整个治疗过程中,注意加强营养及溃疡创面处的皮肤护理。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of amniotic membrane on four limbs chronic ulcer injured area. Methods Two hundred patients with four limbs chronic ulcer injured area were randomly divided into two groups： experiment group and control group. The former one adopted the treatment of applying human amnion on the wound, while the latter one the treatment of the injured area covered by Vaseline oil. Results The recovery time of experiment group was obviously shorter than that of control group, while the recovery rate was dramatically higher than that of control group, There were significant differences between them （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Human amnion has a good effect on four limbs chronic ulcer injured area. During the period of treatment, it is necessary to enhance the nutrition and the skin nursing of chronic ulcer injured area.
