笔者报道经锁孔手术微血管减压治疗154例三叉神经痛患者的护理。认为术前做好心理、疼痛及失眠、饮食营养护理,稳定患者情绪是手术成功的前提;术后监测生命体征,加强对低颅内压征、肺部感染、高热、颅神经受累、精神症状等并发症的护理是手术成功的关键。

After nursing 154 Locking hole surgery capillary vessel reduced pressure treated patients, the author delivered that making the sufficient nursing of mentality and ache preparation, insomnia and dietetic alimentation, and calming down the patients are the precondition of the successful surgery, and they thought that supervising the characteristic of life, preparing nursing of cranial hypobaropathy ,the lung infection, hyperpyrexia, fatigue on cranial nerve, and the mental status is the key to success.
