摘要
在大多数国有企业改革中,都是把技术创新和制度创新放在第一位,认为只有这样才能赢得竞争优势,实现可持续发展。然而,无论是企业技术创新还是制度创新,都迫切需要企业组织创新的有效配合。没有组织创新,技术创新将失去支撑,制度创新也难以推进。因此,持续的组织创新是转型企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。
Most of the state-owned enterprises consider the technical innovation and institutional innovation as the most important thing,so as to get the superiority in the competition and to realize the sustainable development.However,both the technical innovation and institutional innovation depend on the organizational innovation of the enterprise.The technical innovation would lose its support and the institutional innovation would hard to carry on without the organizational innovation.Therefore the persistent innovation on organization is the necessary way to realize the sustainable development for the reforming enterprises.
