种植体支持的全口覆盖义齿的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价种植覆盖义齿临床应用效果.方法20例全口或半口无牙颌患者,均已进行传统活动义齿修复,采用Branemark和BLB种植体支持的杆-卡或球-帽附着体行种植体支持的覆盖义齿修复.治疗前和治疗后1年进行满意度问卷调查,定期X线摄片及口腔检查观察种植体骨愈合及口腔粘膜情况.结果随访观察1～6年.观察期内无种植体松动、脱落,X线片显示所有种植体无异常骨吸收,种植体支持的覆盖义齿满意度明显提高(P＜0.05).结论种植体支持的覆盖义齿创伤小、费用低、美观、稳固、咀嚼功能强,易于维护口腔卫生.
