十二指肠损伤诊治体会

Experience in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury

目的提高对十二指肠损伤诊治水平,减少漏诊,降低病死率。方法总结分析十二指肠损伤23例的临床资料。结果所有病例均行手术治疗,18例痊愈,5例死亡,病死率21.7%;23例中17延误诊断或漏诊。结论对有严重上腹部外伤史者,应高度警惕十二指肠损伤,早期诊断、合理处理、防止漏诊才能降低病死率。

Objective：To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury,to decrease mmistaken diagnosis and reduce the mortality rate. Methods：Since 1989 to 2004,23 cases with duodenal injuries were analysed restrospectiveiy. Results： 18 cases were healed,5 cases died （21.7%）, 6 cases of 23duodenal trauma patients was diangnosed accurately. Conclusion：These measures include keeping duodenanl injuies in mind when upper abdomen trauma occur and early diagnosisand reasonble managemenet,and prevention of mistaken diagosis are important to reduce mortality.
