镉对中国林蛙外周血细胞微核及核异常的诱导效应 被引量:6

摘要 用不同剂量Cd2+注射林蛙,5 d后取血制片,光镜观察,探讨了不同剂量Cd2+对中国林蛙红细胞形成微核及核异常的影响.结果表明,Cd2+可诱导红细胞产生微核和核异常.Cd2+剂量高于0.2 mg/kg作用5 d后,对林蛙血细胞具有明显的毒性效应.Cd2+剂量低于0.5 mg/kg范围内,微核与核异常细胞率随Cd2+的增加呈上升趋势;当Cd2+剂量高于0.5 mg/kg时,微核与核异常细胞率随Cd2+的增加而下降. In order to investigate the effects of Cd2^+ on the micronuclei (MN) and other nuclear anomalies (ONA) in erythrocytes of peripheral blood of Rana chensinensis. Frogs are injected with different dosage Cd2^+ for 5 d, making blood slides and observing with microscope, The results indicate that Cd2^+ could induce the appearance of MN and ONA distinctly. When the dose oversteps 0.2 rng Cd2^+/kg, Cd2^+ could cause significant genetic damages to the peripheral blood cells of R. chensinensis,Within a dose range of 0.5mg Cd2^+/kg, the frequencies of MN and ONA show a dosage-dependent increase. However, it decreases with the dose over 0.5 mg Cd2^+/kg.
