研究了安非他酮的电化学特性.在pH=3.5,含0.010 mol/L NaCl的BrittonRobinson缓冲溶液中,安非他酮在汞电极上吸附并发生电化学反应,于-0.87 V处呈现灵敏的极谱波,当有0.002 0%OP存在时,峰电位移至-0.80 V,且峰电流增加数倍.利用此波可测定痕量安非他酮,线性范围为5.0×10-9~5.0×10-7mol/L,检测下限达1.0×10-9 mol/L.循环伏安法和脉冲极谱实验结果表明,OP促进安非他酮在汞电极上吸附.
The electrochemical characteristics of bupropion in the presence of OP was studied. In a pH = 3.5 BrittonRobinson buffer solution containing 0. 010 mol/L NaCl, the drug assumed a sensitive polarographic wave on the mercury electrode at - 0.87 V, and in the presence of 0. 002 0% OP, the peak potential shifted to - 0.80 V. This wave can be used to determine trace bupropion. The linear range is from 5.0 × 10^- 9 to 5.0 × 10^-7 mol/L with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10^-9 mol/L. The sensitization of the surfactant was studied with cyclic voltammetry and normal pulse polarography. The data showed that the surfactant could promote the ad- sorption of the drug on the mercury electrode. The proposed polarographic procedure has been used for the determination of bupropion in urine samples.
