摘要
针对水力发电机组承重机架的振动失稳突变现象,建立了其突变模型,推导出了相应的非线性方程。应用摄动理论给出了承重机架非线性方程的一阶近似解,并讨论了其发生分频共振突变的临界条件。通过试验,验证和分析了水力发电机组承重机架发生分频共振突变的特征,给出了实际判别失稳突变的判别条件,指出了水力发电机组承重机架发生分频共振突变应采取的措施,所得结论对承重机架结构发生失稳,承重机架的工程设计及其振动和故障分析测试具有一定的价值。
The vibration buckling catastrophe of the loaded frame of hydro-electric set is investigated.The catastrophic model is given and the nonlinear equation is deduced.The approximate solution is presented and the critical condition of losing stability is obtained by the perturbation method.The characteristic of the vibrational buckling of loaded frame of hydro-electric set is studied.The measures to be taken for the vibrational buckling is recommended.The conclusion derived in this work has reference value for the dynamic stability and the design of loaded frame of hydro-electric set.
