复合亲水性输卵管栓堵材料的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道应用亲水性的甲基丙烯酸羟烷酯类以及非亲水性的丙烯酸酯类材料制备出两个系列复合亲水性材料,即化学合成制备(HC-1、HC-2、HC-3)和辐照加工制备(HC-4)两类。材料分析和生物安全性检测结果显示,该材料用于输卵管栓堵除有亲水膨胀的特性外,较一般水凝胶类材料具有更好的理化性能和成型性能及生物安全性。本研究研制成的复合亲水性材料,有可能通过栓堵器件的合理设计,能作为输卵管间质部栓堵材料。 The article presents a study on preparation and property of some new hydrophilic compositesand their devices which are used to occlude in the fallopian tube in the isthmic part.The hydrophilic composites are called HC-1,HC-2,HC-3 and HC-4. HC-1,HC-2,HC-3 were produced by the polymerization of the hydroxyalkyl methacrylates. Non-hydrophilic methacrylate and the blend of the polymers. HC-4 was produced by the irridiation of the monomer mixtures of hydroxyalkyl methacrylate. The 4 kinds of materials were characterized and tested: Equilibrium water content (EWC) of the 4 new materials were respectively 26. 5%, 16. 8%, 22. 5% and 29. 6%. Volume expansions were respectively 42. 1%, 24. 2%, 36. 4% and 43. 3%. Tensile strength of the 4 material were from 1. 36~4. 78 MPa and compression strength are from 0. 306~1. 22MPa,when in hydration state.The biocompatibility of the materials was assessed in different ways. The cytotoxity was class and the Sensization rate was 0,respectively. The results of hemolysis test was 0. 49%~0.35%. There were no toxic symptoms in acute systemic test. The pyrogen test didn't find abnormal point. It indicates that the materials are generally eligible for biologic safety requirement.The results of special toxicity tests including Ames' test,mammalian cell chromosme mutagenic test and micronuclei test were negative. The results suggested this kind of material has not any potential mutagenicity.
