摘要
研究了生产力布局调整后和局直管站段体制下,电务系统三级管理的特点和课题,提出了建立电务管理的新模式,以适应局管站段新要求。
Under the new mode after productivity adjustment and immediate management over station, the new characteristics and problems of S＆C three layer management are studied and establishing new mode of S＆C management is brought up to adapt to new needs.
