摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达状况与侵袭及转移间的关系。方法应用免疫酶标组织化学技术SP法,对84例子宫内膜癌组织进行MMP-13原位检测,并在不同病变组间进行对比分析。结果MMP-13蛋白阳性物质主要分布在子宫内膜癌细胞浆中,其阳性表达率在低分化的子宫内膜癌(82.35%),高于中分化(54.28%)和高分化(25%)者(P<0.05);深肌层浸润者(72.41%),高于浅肌层浸润者(42.85%)及无肌层浸润者(15.38%)(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移者阳性率为93.33%,高于无淋巴结转移者的39.13%(P<0.05)。结论MMP-13在子宫内膜癌侵袭及转移中发挥了重要作用,其阳性表达随分化程度的降低、肌层浸润深度的增加及淋巴结转移而增加。
Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP-13) protein in human endometrial carcinoma tissue and its relation to the invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohisto-chemical techniques were used to measure the MMP-13 proteinlevels in endometrial carcinoma tissues of 84 patients, theresults were analyzed in different groups. Results The MMP-13 peoteins mainly expressed in endometrial carcinoma cells, thestrongly positive expression proportions of MMP-13 proteins in grade Ⅲ carcinoma cells were respectively 82.35%, which were higher than those in grade Ⅱ (54.28%) and grade Ⅰ ones (25^) (P〈0.05). They were also higher in endometrial carcinoma with deep layerInvasion ones (72.41%) and lymph node matastasis ones(93.33%) than others. Conclusion The MMP-13 proteins expression levels in adeno-carcinoma tissue correlate with the histologic grade and Invasion/metastasis trend.
