摘要
为了探讨焊接烟尘的致突变效应,应用人外周血淋巴细胞抗TG ̄r试验对上海沪东造船厂的30名焊工进行了检测。结果接触组的突变体数V=8.11×10 ̄(-3)±5.13×10 ̄(-3),显著高于对照组(V=3.07×10 ̄(-3)±2.92×10 ̄(-3)),经秩和检验,P<0.001,故焊接烟尘可诱导体内体细胞基因hprt位点产生突变。另外突变体数随着年龄和吸烟量的增加而增加,且具有统计学意义。
TG ̄r mutant frequency in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 30 workers in ShanghaiHudong Ship Yard exposed to welding fume was detected by 6-thioguanine-resistant (TG ̄r)assay.Theresults showed that the welders had significantly higher TG ̄r mutant frequency in T lymphocytes thancontrol group,the TGr mutant frepuency was also significantly increased with the age and smoking.
