摘要
“和谐社会”一词的出现可追朔到《左传》。从和谐社会的内涵出发，结合东莞的实际，探讨了东莞市构建和谐社会关键在于处理好“劳资”、“贫富”及“官民”三对关系，并就如何处理这三对关系提出了观点和见解．
The term “harmonious society” first appeared in Zuo＇s Spring and autumn Annals. Taking the connotation of harmonious society and Dongguan＇s actual situation into consideration, the author, in this paper, explored the solutions to the problem of establishing harmonious society in Dongguan city, pointing out that the key lies in the correct disposition of three relationships between labour and capital, between the rich and the poor, and between officials and civilians.
