摘要
在问卷调查和个别访谈的基础上,针对企业重奖对员工心理的影响进行了深入的研究.通过分析得出企业重奖会使员工形成赶超心理、羡慕心理、嫉妒心理、自卑心理、不安心理、无所谓心理.指出企业应根据员工的重奖心理,在使用重奖时注意使员工形成赶超心理,更好地体现多劳多得和贯彻绩效原则等问题.
Based on the questionnaires and individual interviews, the author conducts an in-depth research on how high-reward affects the employees enterprise. The author points out that the employees, affected by high-reward, will bring about overtaking psychology, admiring psychology, uneasy psychology, inferiority psychology, jealous psychology, and indifferent psychology. The author also indicates that enterprises should guide their employees in forming overtaking psychology so as to embody the principles of more pay for “more work”and “more pay for greater achievement” while they and using high-reward to stimulate their employees.
