论大众化教育阶段的高校教学管理工作

On Teaching Management of Institutions of Higher learning at Mass Education Stage

高等学校的教学管理工作必须适应高等学校发展的要求．我国高等教育在从精英向大众高等教育的转变过程中，教学管理工作必须进行相应的改革．论述了高校教学管理工作的特点，对大众化教育阶段如何做好教学管理工作进行了初步的探讨．

The teaching management of the institution of higher education must meet the needs of its development. As our higher education has been transformed form elitist education to mass education, the teaching management must carry on the reform accordingly. This paper expounds the charactenstics of university＇s teaching management and explores the way of success.
