活血化瘀法对多脏器功能障碍综合征内毒素血症作用的临床研究

Xuebijing Injectio on Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome: A Clinical Study

目的观察中西医结合治疗方法对多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)防治作用的效果。方法60例MODS患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用西医常规治疗+血必净;观察患者血浆内毒素水平、蛋白C活性及临床化验指标变化。结果治疗组内毒素水平明显下降,蛋白C活性水平升高及临床化验指标好转(P<0.01),28 d存活率升高(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可改善患者预后。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）. METHODS We conducted a prospective case-control study of 60 MODS patients. Control group was treated with normal Western medicine alone, treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection and Western medicine. Patients＇ clinical status and the blood levels of endotoxin, protein C activity were monitored. RESULTS The level of endotoxin was significantly decreased, and the level of protein C activity was apparently increased in treatment group compared to control group（P〈0.01）, their 28 d survival rate was without statistical difference（P〉 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS Xuebijing injectio combined with normal Western medicine can improve prognosis of MODS.
