摘要
目的探讨预防肝胆外科患者术后真菌感染的措施.方法将1990年1月～2003年12月,收治的肝胆外科严重感染患者分为A、B两组,分别为对照组和预防组;比较两组患者抗生素使用情况,观察其真菌感染发生率.结果A组真菌感染率为23.1%,B组真菌感染率为8.8%.结论对合并严重细菌感染的患者,通过采取积极的预防措施,可降低真菌感染的发生率.
OBJECTIVE To explore the preventive management of postoperative fungal infection in hepatobiliary surgery. METHODS The patients from Jan 1990 to Dec 2003 were assigned into two groups., control group （group A）and prevention group （group B）. Antibiotic application in two groups was compared. The morbidity of fungal infection was observed. RESULTS The morbidity of fungal infection in groups A and B was 23. 1% and 8.8%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The preventive management can reduce the morbidity of fungal infection in the patients with severe bacterial infection.
