摘要
本文用紫外分光光度法测定双氯灭痛胶浆剂的含量，平均回收率为１００．１３％，变异系数为０．６５％。结果表明，本法简便、快速、准确，可作为双氯灭痛胶浆剂中双氯灭痛含量的定量方法。
method of determination diclofenac sodium content in diclofenac sodium mucilages with UV spec-trophotometry was reported in this paper.The procedure was simple and rapid,The average recovery was 100.13%. The results showed that UV spectrophometry may be used to determine the content of diclofenac sodium mucllage.
