摘要
本文研究了新生牛肝再生刺激因子(cHSS)对大鼠急性实验性肝损伤的作用,并初步探讨了作用机理。用10%D-氨基半乳糖(D-Galn)腹腔注射引起大鼠急性肝损伤后用cHSS救治,实验结果表明,治疗组与对照组比较,cHSS治疗组有显著提高病鼠存活率的的作用,3H-TdR掺入实验证明cHSS可提高病鼠肝脏DNA合成率,为对照组的2倍多,cHSS治疗后24小时,病鼠sALT和SB浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。病鼠肝脏DNA合成速率、肝功恢复与肝组织修复三者呈平行关系。实验结果提示:促进肝细胞再生是cHSS发挥治疗作用的重要机制。
n this paper the effect of the calf Hepatic Stimulating Substance on the experimental acute hepatic in-jury of rats has been studied.According to the results of the related experiment and the possibleeffectivemechanism of cHSS has been also-discussed.Byadministrating cHSS to the rats with the experimental acutehepatic injury caused by giving 10%D-DaLN the results of the study showed that the surviving rate of ratsin the experimental group has heen raisedsignificantly higher than that in the control group. The detectionof tritiated DNA of Llver cell indicated DNA synthetic ratio of liver cell in rats of experimental group.Theresult suggests that cHSS may take effect through promotion of hepatic regeneratuon.After 24h of Admin-istration of cHSS,the concentration of sALT and total bilirubin in experiment group is signficantly lowerthan that in control group.The study showed that among DNA synthetic ratio,restoration of liver functionand hapatic regeneration there exists a relation of the synchronization.
