果蔬预冷风速与风机能耗和预冷效果的实验研究及分析 被引量:11

Theoretical and Experimental Analyses of Influences of Pre-cooling Air Velocities on Energy Consumption of Air Fan and Pre-cooling Effects

摘要 果蔬预冷中,预冷风速是决定风机能耗及预冷效果的重要因素之一。通过对风机能耗和预冷效果与预冷风速之间的分析,分别建立了风机能耗和预冷终止温度与预冷风速关系的模型。在这基础上分别进行了预冷风速为1m/s和2m/s及它们之间3种不同组合的苹果预冷实验。理论及实验结果表明,在预冷过程中,进行变风速预冷能取得较好的节能效果,同时可以达到相似的预冷效果。在实验中,基于2m/s实验数据,最小的节能率达到12%,而预冷效果相差2℃。 The pre-cooling air velocity is one of the most important factors affecting the energy consumption of air fan and pre-cooling effect in forced air pre-cooling. Considering the relationships between air velocity and energy consumption of air fan and pre-cooling effect, the models for the relations were set up, respectively. Then the experiments of apples with air velocity of 1m/s, 2m/s and their three different combinations were carried out. The results show that changing the pre-cooling air velocity along the pre-cooling process will result in a good energy saving. Compared with the experimental result with 2m/s, the energy saving rate is more than 12%, and the pre-cooling temperature difference is 2℃.
