摘要
应用不同浓度TPA诱发血小板聚集,观察20名正常人血小板的聚集率。结果显示:TPA从5ng/ml到10ng/ml之间,随着浓度的增加,血小板聚集率逐渐增加,最佳浓度为10ng/ml。当TPA浓度>10ny/ml时,继续增加TPA浓度,血小板聚集率将不再升高,且于20ng/ml时出现明显的解聚现象。对36例急性白血病、12例ITP患者和35例正常对照进行研究发现,TPA诱导的血小板聚集率在两种疾病中均低于正常对照(P<0.01)。
sing different Concentrations(5ng/ml~30ng/ml)of TPA as a aggregating agent,we studed plateletaggregation (PAg)in 20 normal subjects.The result showed that,in lower concentration (10ng/ml),withthe increace of TPA concentration,the rates of PAg would go up.While the concentration of TPA was over10ng/ml,the rate of PAg would no longer ascend,and obvious disaggregation appeared when the concentra-tion was over 20ng/ml.Detecting the rates of PAg in 36 acute leukemia and 12 ITP patients with 10ng/mlTPA.we found that the rates of PAg in both group were,singificantly lovver than that in 35 normal controls(P<0.01),and it is higher in ITP group than in acute leukemia group (P<0.05).The results suggestedthat the further study of TPA induced PAg in blood diseases are necessary.
