癌基因ras产物P21蛋白在骨肉瘤和骨巨细胞瘤中的表达

A Study of Expression of ras P21 in Osteosarcomas and Chondrosarcoma

应用免疫组化技术对１９例骨肉瘤和２１例骨巨细胞瘤标本进行了Ｐ２１表达检测。结果显示Ｆ２１存在于癌组织中，在骨肉瘤表达率为５２％，２１例骨巨细胞瘤２例呈阳性表达，此２例均为骨巨细胞瘤Ⅲ级，且又是复发病例。提示，在Ⅲ级骨巨细胞瘤病例中，ｒａｓ基因已经开始活化，其蛋白产物Ｐ２１过度表达。

araffin section from 19 biopsies of osteosarcoma and 21 biopsies of chondrosarcoma were anal vzed todetect the over expression of ras P21 by standard immunohistochemical techniques. The results showed thatthere were a few P21 positive cell in the sarcomas.the rate of P21 over expression was 52%in osteosarco-mas.2 cases giant cell tunor of bone the over expression of P21 were positive. All the data showed that gi-ant cell tumor of bone ras P21 had close relationship with giant cell tumor of bone.
