摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种新型的聚酰亚胺杂化材料,并采用红外光谱和扫描电镜表征了杂化材料的化学结构和微观相结构以及分析了薄膜的成分及其含量。 A hybrid matrix resin was prepared by synthesizing a mixed gel based on tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and heteroprophy-aluminium (HPAl) through sol-gel method, followed by introducing it into polyamic acid (PAA) derived from pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) in N, N-diethlacethanide (DMAc). And then a kind of hybrid film was prepared by imidization at high temperature about 370℃. The chemical structure of the hybrid polyimide film was characterized by FTIR, and the surface morphology characterization and element analysis of the hybrid film were performed with SEM. It proved by the experiments that a kind of golden and translucent co-doped polyimide film containing a homogeneous dispersion of SiO2-Al2O3 particles was obtained.
