摘要
介绍了以欧姆龙PLC为核心的控制系统在高耗能企业冶炼用整流变压器并列运行中的应用.系统控制对象为同时联调两台整流变压器有载分接开关档位,通过档位变换整流变阀侧电流大小以改变冶炼电炉炉芯温度;当档位变换不足以使炉芯温度降低时,控制开关将1~2#整流变依次或同时从电网中切除.
This paper introduces application of control system with OMRON PLC as core in rectiformer used in high energy consumption enterprises for melting purpose. The object of system control is jointly adjusted 2 rectiformers loaded tapping switch grades, where, grade change of current of rectiformer valve is used to change temperature of smelting furnace core. When grade change is not sufficient to decrease temperature furnace core, the control switch removes 1-2# rectiformers from grid in turn or simultaneously.
