基于切片法加工自由曲面的磨削支持系统GSX-F

摘要 由于操作的复杂性,自由曲面磨削是一项特殊的加工工艺。其难度在于决定曲面磨削的工艺条件和路径规划。为得到高精确度的形状和表面质量,通过理论和实验分析了自由曲面磨削的受力。同时研究了球头磨具磨削曲面的特性,在磨削中心上进行自由曲面磨削的基础研究。开发了旨在使操作者准确高效使用磨削中心的自由曲面磨削支持系统。基于切片法加工自由曲面的磨削支持系统在应用后,得到了令人满意的结果。 Free surface grinding is a special process because of its difficult operations. The difficulties exist in the decision of grinding conditions of curved surface, and also in the planning of grinding process. In order to get sufficient form and surface accuracies in free surface grinding, grinding force was analyzed theoretically and experimentally, Also grinding characteristics in curved surface with ball type wheels were studied. Therefore, a basic study of free surface grinding, with a b'~l type wheel has been caMed out by using a grinding center (GC). And a grinding support system for free surface was constructed with the aim to enable an operator to operate the grinding center with high accuracy and high productivity. The constructed support system on grinding by distribution of patches was applied to test grinding and reasonable results could be obtained.
