Study on Geometric Modeling Technology of Reverse Engineering Using UG

文章阐述了反求工程的基本概念及关键技术,提出了离散“点云”的预处理算法及利用UG造型软件进行曲面造型的方法,开发了“点云”数据优化处理程序。并利用UG二次开发工具———UG/Open API,实现了数据优化处理模块与UG造型软件的集成,介绍了利用UG软件建立三维CAD模型的过程及其应用范例。

This paper expounds the basic concept and the critical technology of Reverse Engineering; t addresses a kind of algorithms on the scattered “point cloud”processing and a method of employing CAD modeling software to finish surface modeling; It develops a cloud data op- timum processing programme;It realizes the integration cloud data optimum processing modula with UG modeling software by second development language-UG/Open API; It introduces the process of building three-dimentional CAD model by UG modeling software and gives an example of application.
