摘要
通过深入分析齿轮加工误差的来源和齿轮误差对传动性能的影响,得出了齿轮副的切向综合误差是评定运动误差的主要标准。提出了采取补偿齿轮副的切向综合误差的办法来提高齿轮分度机构的分度精度,为齿轮分度机构传动误差的降低和改善提出了新的思路。
Through deeply analyze the cause of manufacture error of gear , and the influence for the transmission capability which results from the gear error. It is proposed that the primary critical criterion of assessing motion error be the bear pair tangential integrated error . In order to improve the gear organization's graduation precision , compensating the bear pair tangential integrated error is taken, which bring forward new method to reduce the gear partition organization's transmission error.
