摘要
在工业领域中,热处理工艺作为提高材料性能的重要手段和重要的基础工艺,得到了广泛的应用。将PLC控制技术和计算机控制技术应用于热处理工业,实现了热处理工艺过程的自动控制、质量的在线信息化、工艺参数和质量效果的实时动态监控,提高了热处理效率,降低了能耗,减少了人为因素,保证了热处理产品的质量。
The heat treatment process is an important method and fundamental procedure,widely used in the industrial field for the purpose of enhancing the material properties. Utilizing the PLC and computer control technology will attach the aim of the automatic control in the heat treatment process,the on-line information realization of qualities, the real-time dynamic monitoring of the procedural parameters and quality effects , and also increase the efficiency of the heat treatment , decrease energy consumption and human factors , with the consequence of ensttring the quality of products manufactured from heat treatment.
