摘要
利用Internet Explorer作为GUI界面,采用多层C/S的B/S结构建立跨平台的、开放式的数控机床远程故障诊断系统的框架,并对智能诊断模型、网络数据库技术进行了详细的分析,该系统充分发挥因特网的优势,使故障得到及时准确的诊断,提高了设备利用率。
This paper established through research the main frame of Intemet based remote failure diagnosis system for NC machine tools. A deep discussion to the model of intelligent diagnosis and the network database was carried out. This system could bring the advantages of internet into full day promote prompt and correct diagnoses upon the fault of NC machine tools and enhance the utilization rate of equipment and installations.
