摘要
采用自制的催化剂JC-4,设计出碱洗-催化氧化工艺对黄磷尾气进行深度净化处理.中试试验结果表明:常压、100℃、尾气流量为36~50 m3/h、氧气体积分数为1.2%~1.5%时,PH3的脱除率接近100%,出口质量浓度低于1.0 mg/m3;碱洗单元可以除去90%的H2S,经过催化氧化单元可以进一步脱除H2S,净化效率接近100%,出口质量浓度低于1.0mg/m3;催化剂经100~200h需要再生,400h后需要活化,再生和活化处理后的催化剂性能良好.
With the new technology for the alkali washing and catalytic oxidation that adopts catalyst JC-4, the yellow phosphorus tail gas can be deeply purified, The pilot test results showed that the removal rate of hydrogen phosphide was nearly 100% and the mass concentration of hydrogen phosphide in the product was less than 1.0 mg/m^3 under the conditions of ordinary pressure, 110℃ and the gas flux,36- 50 m^3/h. The removal rate of hydrogen sulfide was about 90% after the alkali washing procedure, it can be purified further after the catalytic oxidation procedure, the purification efficiency was nearly 100% and the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the product was less than 1.0 mg/m^3. The catalyst needs to be regenerated after 100 - 200 hours and activated after 400 hours, the catalytic performance was good after the regeneration and activation.
