摘要
为了扩大甲醇装置的生产规模,上海焦化有限公司将原有20万t/a以浮阀塔技术为基础的精馏生产工艺改造成35万t/a的新型高效填料塔生产工艺。详细叙述了该工艺流程,介绍了各塔的内部结构和填料装填情况,分析了原料杂质含量、进料量、蒸汽量、回流比等因素对生产的影响,并讨论了液泛产生的原因和解决方法。
For the production expansion of methanol in Shanghai Coking and Chemical Corporation, a new high efficient regular packing tower was applied instead of the conventional valve tower to enhance its capacity, through which the production scale was enhanced from 200 kt/a to 350 kt/a, The new process was described in detail, and the inner structure and the packing filling were introduced. The effects of such as the content of impurities, amount of feed stock, quantity of steam and reflex ratio on production, were analyzed. The reasons that cause liquid flooding were discussed and the measure for resolutions was proposed.
