摘要
以微结构设备内混合性能的研究以及混合性能表征方法为重点,以液-液均相混合体系为对象,系统介绍和分析了提高微结构设备内混合性能的方法和机理,对粒子或染料示踪法、化学反应探针法和计算流体力学(CFD)模拟法3种混合性能的表征方法进行了分析和比较,并在此基础上对微结构设备混合性能及其表征方法的发展前景进行了分析。
The research of liquid-liquid homogeneous mixing performance and their evaluating methods in micro-structured devices are reviewed. The methods and mechanism to improve the mixing performance with new internals in micro-structured devices are introduced and analyzed. Meanwhile three major methods including particle/dye tracer technique, probe method by chemical reaction, and computational fluid dynamics for evaluating homogeneous mixing performance of micro-structured devices are analyzed and compared. And the developing prospects of the mixing performance and their evaluating methods for microstructured devices are explored.
