Synthesis of sulfadiazine-polylactide,a biodegradable tumor targeting drug carrier

摘要 采用相转移催化法以四丁基氯化铵为催化剂合成了端基含磺胺嘧啶的聚乳酸,将肿瘤导向基团引入了可生物降解药物载体。采用红外、紫外-可见光谱、差热分析、X射线衍射等手段对聚合物进行了表征。对磺胺嘧啶-聚乳酸的玻璃化转变温度及熔点进行了分析,结果表明,同聚乳酸相比,玻璃化转变温度从56.85℃升到59.42℃,熔点从181.11℃降到175.23℃。 Sulfadiazine-polylactide, a tumor targeting drug carrier, was successfully synthesized by the phase transfer catalysis(PTC) with tetrabutyl ammonium chloride hydroxide as catalyst. Sulfadiazine-polylactide introduced sulfadiazine by sulfonic acid amide group to hydroxyl group side of biodegradable polylactide. This new copolymer has sulfadiazine functional groups at one end of the polymer. It was characterized by IR, H-NMR, DSC, XRD and UV. The glass-transitional temperature ( Tg)and melting point( Tm)were found. As expected, the sulfadiazine-polylactide has a higer Ts and a lower Tm compared with polylactide,the changing of Tg and Tm is 56.85℃ to 59.42℃ and 181 .11℃ to 175.23℃ ,respectively.
