曲马多对剖宫产患者麻醉后寒战的疗效分析

The Curative Effect of Tramadol on Shiver after Epidural Analgesia in Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的:评价曲马多对剖宫产术硬膜外麻醉后寒战的治疗效果。方法:选择产科在硬麻后发生寒战的患者120人。随机分为4组:Ⅰ组为硬膜外注射曲马多1.5mg/kg;Ⅱ组为肌注曲马多1.5mg/kg;Ⅲ组为静注杜冷丁50mg;Ⅳ组为对照组即静脉注射相应剂量的生理盐水。结果:曲马多给药后治疗寒战有效率Ⅰ组(100%)、Ⅱ组(90%)、Ⅲ组(100%)与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组恶心呕吐、嗜睡等发生率明显低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论:曲马多治疗硬膜外麻醉后寒战效果确切,且副作用小。

Objective： To study the curative effect of tramadol on shiver in patients undergoing caesarean section after epidural analgesia.Method： 120 patients with shiver appearing after anesthesia when they were undergoing caesarean section were divided into four groups randomly： group Ⅰ （tramadol, 1 .5mg/kg, epiduml infusion）, group Ⅱ （tramadol, 1 .5mg/kg, muscle injection）, group Ⅲ（dolantin, 50mg, intravenous infusion）, and group Ⅳ（NS as control, intravenous infusion）. Results： The satisfactory of treatment on shiver is 100% in group Ⅰ, 90% in group Ⅱ, and 100% in group Ⅲ, the differences were statistically significent comparing with control group respectively（ P 〈 0.05） ; Side effects such as nausea and vomiting, excessive sleepiness were significantly lower in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅳ than that in group Ⅲ respectively（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The treamaent of trmadol on shiver in lying - in woman during operation with caesarean section is effective and safe.
