肾细胞癌bc1－2、P53、ER、PR的表达及临床意义

Bc1-2, P53, ER, PR expressions in renal cell carcinoma

为了更好地选择估价肾细胞癌预后的指标，应用免疫组化技术检测５４例肾细胞癌中ｂｃ１－２、Ｐ５３蛋白及雌、孕激素受体的表达。ｂｃ１－２阳性３８例（７０．４％），Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤阳性３３例，Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤阳性５例（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｐ５３蛋白阳性１０例（１８．３％），对照组无一例阳性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＥＲ、ＰＲ阳性分别为２９例（５７．７％）、３９例（７３．７％）。ｂｃ１－２蛋白表达与ＥＲ、ＰＲ呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１，ｒ＝０．４５２），与Ｐ５３蛋白表达呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１，ｒ＝－０．４２１）。

Expressions of bc1-2 protein, P53 protein, extrogen and progestrone receptors were detected in 54 cases of renal cell carcinoma by means of immunohistochemical method. 38 cases(70.4%), including 33 cases of gradeⅠ, Ⅱ tumors and 5 grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ tumors, revealed bc1-2 positive reaction(P<0.05) ; 10 cases showed P53 protein positive expression(18.3%)with no positive expression in the controls(P<0.01); 29 cases (53.7%)exhibited ER positive result and 39(73.7%) PR positive. Bc1-2 immunoactivity was well correlated with ER and PR expression(P< 0.01,r=0.452) and was inversely correlated with P53 protein expression(P<0.01,r=0.421). It was suggested that bc1-2 protein expression might be helpful in the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
